1. Our Money Back Guarantee:
The quality of our Rattan and Wicker furniture is unmatched. There is never assembly required for our furniture because it is constructed of 100% hardwoods like Rattan, Bamboo, Cane and Mahogany. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our furniture we will refund all of your original product costs except the shipping costs and re-stock fees (section 7) for upholstered items.

3. Your Furniture Delivery:
We ship via White Glove style delivery on most furniture orders. There are some areas where white glove service is not available and in this case the furniture will be delivered into your garage or driveway. White glove service means the delivery company will carry the furniture into your home and set it where you want it AT NO EXTRA COSTS! These carriers rarely damage furniture because they are very careful with handling in transit to you. Once the furniture is shipped we provide you the details for your shipper and you will be able to communicate directly with them. If you have problems with the shipper please let us know and we will try to assist you. Delivery schedules and other issues are outside of our direct control and cancelling an order for a refund due to a shipping problem or delay is not under our control and therefore not an option.
4. What if there is damage?
- Minor damages like a scratch or dent: Many times the delivery driver will be able to touch it up. If not, we will schedule furniture medic at www.furnituremedic.com to repair it in most cases.
- Major Damage beyond repair or wrong item delivered: This rarely happens. Try to get a digital photo of the furniture. Annotate in detail on Bill of Lading what the problems are. Return the item/s with the driver for replacement. (We will replace your item/s and refund is unnecessary in all cases).
5. Shipping Costs and Procedures
For furniture orders that will not ship immediately due to upholstery work we will only charge a 1/3 deposit and the balance due charged when it ships.

Note: There are rare cases when certain large or very inexpensive items cannot be shipped at the rates shown. In those cases we will notify you of any increase and you can decide then if you want to proceed with your order.
6. Cancellations
Refunded 100% for orders not yet shipped and fabric not cut. Orders that are cancelled after fabric has been cut for upholstery are charged a 15% restocking fee. The reason is that we are charged by the upholstery firm after cutting fabric has been completed. The re-stock fee is 20% for fabric "only" orders that have been cut and shipped.
7. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and other Countries
We ship furniture to Alaska, Hawaii, the Caribbean, Canada, and all countries except any country in Africa. Please send an email with the items you want to purchase and your complete address to: sales@americanrattan.com
